Please remember that you are responsible for the payment of your charges even if you are eligible for Housing Benefit.


Forms

If you are applying for housing benefit please make sure that you complete the form and pass it to your Local Authority with any supporting information. When you do this it is best to ask for a receipt to show that you have given them this information. You should do this on or before the date that your tenancy starts with Springboard.


Your responsibility

It's your responsibility to ensure that your claim is made and that we receive the correct payments on time. Please let us know how your claim is progressing and if you are having any problems. If your account falls into arrears we may have to take legal action to repossess your home.
