There are two handbooks available for our customers:
- Customer handbook - This gives customers
general information and advice about areas which may become of
concern during their tenancy. Please click on

- Repairs handbook - This gives customers
further information and advice about repairs to their home and
guidelines on tenant and Landlord responsibilities. Please click on

Leasehold customers
We also have available, a handbook specifically for our Leasehold
customers. This is because the responsibilities differ from our
general needs customers.
