The new regulator for housing associations, the Tenant Services Authority (TSA), has recently launched its National Conversation. This is a consultation with tenants, shared owners and potential tenants across the country to ask what they think of the services offered by their landlords. The responses will help to form the TSA's standards framework which will govern housing associations from December 2009.

The consultation period will last until 11 March 2009.
