Do you get frustrated when you receive a letter from PCHA when what you really want is to speak to somebody on the phone?

PCHA understand how this can feel and want to ensure that we contact you in the way that is best for you.

'Your Say, Your Way' is a survey which aims to find out how we can contact you in the most effective way. For example, if we know you have impaired vision and would prefer information on CD or audiotape then we can arrange that. You get what you want and we provide what you need and spend our resources in a better way.

The information gathered will:

• help us to deliver our services more efficiently
• help us to identify your priorities and preferences
• help us to improve our services to you and the communities we serve
