Support Services is a domiciliary care agency. We offer a range
of services including:
- Assistance with personal care
- Assistance with medication
- Assistance with meal preparation
- Support following hospital discharge
- General convalescent care
- General practical and domestic services
We aim to meet our customer's needs by providing a high quality
service to enable people to live independently in their home.
We provide Home Care Support in the London Borough of Newham and in
the Castle Point, Rochford and Southend areas of Essex.
All of our Support Assistants are interviewed and screened prior to
working with our customers. They also complete a comprehensive
induction programme and continue to receive on-going training and
supervision during their employment. Our staff are flexible in
their approach to meet the changing needs and expectations of our
customers.
All of our Support Assistants are insured by full public liability
insurance, which provides protection from accidental damage or
injury.
You can also get help from Support Services by:
- using the direct payment system which gives customers choice
and control over which agency they employ to provide their
support
- by private purchase directly from our offices (Newham or
Rochford)
