In 1995, the first Springboard Customer Association Committee came
into being with the election of 15 members representing all of our
customers. Since then we have gone from strength to strength.
Asking your views and getting involved
Local customer association meetings are held in each local area
every month with the exception of August and December.
It is a chance for customers to meet the regional representatives
and discuss any Springboard issues that concern them.
Dates of the SCA meetings can be found in our customer compact
calendar.

Customer groups
We also have the following customer groups which come under the
Springboard Customer Association:
- Brooklands Customer Group
- Regency Lodge Residents' Association
If you are interested in setting up a customer group in your
area, and would like help or advice, please write to the customer
association representatives at the PO Box address above.
Our SCA 100 group needs you!
The aim of the SCA 100 group is to give customers the opportunity
to share their views and opinions by taking part in focus groups,
telephone and written surveys on topics involving customers, events
and consultations.
Customers who are members of the SCA 100 group have taken part in
focus groups covering topics such as health and safety, how your
service charge is set and the major repairs standard.
Your contact details will be held in the strictest of confidence on
a central register in Springboard's Customer Relations department
and your name will be selected at random when required.
It is not time consuming! It only takes about 10 to 15 minutes on
average to complete a survey or telephone interview.
Customer focus groups would take more time and you would have to
travel, however we would meet all reasonable travel costs.
Refreshments would be provided. This is your chance to have a say
and make your views count!
If you wish to join or require further information, please contact
Judy Holness on 020 8548 2176 or
request.
