Making a complaint


Springboard aim to provide a high quality service in all areas of work. However, there may be times when you feel that we have not treated you fairly and you want to complain. We welcome your complaints. They let us know when we have got things wrong; give us the opportunity to put them right; and make improvements to our service. Complaints are coordinated by the Customer Relations team.

Some complaints can be resolved without going through our formal procedure. We call these informal complaints.

Important notice

If you are a Springboard general needs customer residing in the London area and wish to make a formal complaint, you will need to contact the Customer Relations team at PCHA, as they are now the managing agents for the London area as of 6 October 2008.

Comments and compliments

Hopefully, you won't just want to complain about our services - you may want to say thank you for something we got right. If you have a comment or compliment about any aspect of our service, or a suggestion on how to improve, please let us know. > Submit your comment here.

All comments, compliments and suggestions will be passsed to the appropriate member of staff or department in which it relates to. We are happy to consider and modify our service in line with your ideas where possible.

Taking it further: the Independent Housing Ombudsman Service

If you are unhappy about the outcome of a complaint that you have submitted to Springboard after the final stage of the complaint process has been exhausted, we recommend that you raise your concerns with this free and independent service.
