It's important that we find out how satisfied you are with our
services and so we regularly consult with you to find out your
views and opinions.

2008.
Our Community Agent team carry out repairs satisfaction surveys
which looks at how well our contractors are performing. This
information is then fed back to our Property Services department
who holds our contractors accountable.
There are a number of surveys that are completed, and over the
coming few weeks results of these will be published online.
Viewpoint: getting your views on policies and
strategies
Viewpoint is a group of residents who are interested in letting us
know what they think about Genesis Housing Group's policies,
strategies and new projects. Members of Viewpoint live in a home
either owned or managed by PCHA, Pathmeads or Springboard, which
are all part of Genesis Housing Group. Read more about
