Repairs service


Welcome to the area which will provide you with information about our repairs service. Springboard has two main call centres. To contact either them, all you have to remember is one vital number - 08457 023 420:

The Repairs Helpdesk
This our daytime call centre. They are responsible for dealing with all day-to-day repairs and enquiries and are open from 8am to 6pm, Monday - Friday.

Springboard 24/7 Support (formerly known as Support Line).
This is the name for our emergency call centre service. Calls will automatically be diverted out of office hours to report emergency repairs. This is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Choose the method of contact that suits you:

> By phone - Call us on 08457 023 420 (select option 1).

> By email - Report repairs to: helpdeskrepairs@springboardha.org.uk. Please do not email us to report emergency or urgent repairs as we cannot guarantee that someone will respond to your request at weekends).

> Online - Complete an online form by going to the 'maintaining our properties' page on our website and clicking on ' report a repair'. Please do not email us to report emergency or urgent repairs as we cannot guarantee that someone will respond to your request at weekends).

> Typetalk - We welcome calls from text phones using RNID Typetalk. If you have a textphone, please dial 18001 before the phone number you want to call.
