As well as being a housing provider, Springboard also
operates a number of other additional services. These
include:
Support Line - An
emergency call centre available to our own customers as well
as to people living in the community.
Support services - A
domiciliary care agency that meets customer's needs by providing a
high quality service enabling people to live independently in their
home.
Floating
support - Offering support to
individuals should they need some help managing their tenancy;
helping them to stay in their home and the local
community.
Home
improvement - Facilitating repair,
adaptations or improvement work to be carried out, to enable home
owners to stay in their home for
longer.
