Stephen was formally Area Director of Lloyds
TSB Commercial with executive responsibility for Essex. In the past
he has held various community roles in local government, housing,
education, business and charities. He sits on the Remuneration
& HR Committee and Governance Committees, is on the board of
GenFinance and a trustee of Genesis Community.
Alison Clare BA (Hons),
MA, MSc
Vice Chair
Alison is an
independent Learning and Development Consultant specialising in the
development of qualifications, learning resources and
programmes for front line staff, in the housing, health, and social
care, and community justice sectors. She is a qualified social
worker with a background in community mental health. She joined
Springboard in 1999 and she is the Vice Chair of the Group's
Diversity Committee.
Tony Clouting
Tony is a retired Barclays Bank Manager. He worked for
Barclays for 37 years, the last seventeen at Senior Management. He
sits on the Group's Property Investment Development Committee
(PIDC) and the Genesis Audit and Risk
Committee.
Jon Bailey
Customer member
Jon has been a professional photographer for over thirty
years, working for the Museum of London and English Heritage,
retiring in 2005. He continues to work freelance in art and
architectural photography. Jon has been a Springboard customer
since 1978.
Trevor Childs
Customer member
Trevor
is the Chairman of Springboard Customer Association and is an
elected tenant board member. Prior to retirement he was a coach
operator.
Mike McCall
ACIS
Mike is Exceutive Director of Operations at St.
Mungo's, a charity helping homeless rough sleepers.
Inderpal Matharu
Inderpal is the Director in
RK Construction (London) Ltd, Director of K&R Ventures Ltd.
Also Director of RK Joinery Ltd. He sits on the Property Investment
Development Committee (PIDC).
Dinesh Raja

Dinesh is a qualified solicitor and
Managing Partner, Bowling & Co Solicitors.
Dipak Raval
Dipak is a self employed
Financial Consultant and was previously a Bank Manager with
Barclays Bank. He is a Board Member and Deputy Chair of Eastwards
Trust since 1996 and recently been elected to Springboard
Board.
Harton Bailey
Interim Managing Director
Harton has significant housing experience gained from working as
Head of Property Services at Springboard, in his most recent role
and prior to this as Director of Housing with supported housing
association.
