Chartermark
We achieved the Charter Mark standard in 2005. Charter Mark is the
government's national standard for excellence in customer
service.
Our assessment for Charter Mark looked at how well we meet
the standards we set and how far we engaged customers in developing
services. For more information about Charter Mark, visit:

Investors in People
At Springboard, we believe that our staff are our greatest
asset. We recognise the need to help our staff to succeed and to
equip everyone with the right knowledge, skills and

As a result of our investment in our staff we have been accredited
with the Investors in People standard (IiP). This standard helps
organisations to improve performance and realise their objectives
through the management and development of their people. For more
