We were founded in 1971 and have over 35 years' experience in
providing quality housing and support services to local people. We
are also part of Genesis Housing Group.
We have a total of over 5,400 homes in ownership or management:
- 3,000 general needs homes, mainly in east London and Essex,
ranging from studios and flats to larger homes for families.
- 1,150 homes for older people, where we provide varying levels
of care and support
- 500 homes for people with special needs, including people with
mental health problems and/or learning disabilities
- 750 shared ownership and leasehold properties
We work with 24 local authorities and are proud to provide
much-needed housing for communities. As part of Genesis Housing
Group, we hope to develop new affordable homes well into the
future.
